Valerio Trubbiani's talent for depicting animals is recognized and well-established, both as a sculptor and an engraver. Valeriano Trubbiani was born in Macerata in 1937. He is a sculptor and engraver, specializing in animal sculpture. He trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome but was also fascinated by his father's profession, a master blacksmith. In the 1950s, he began exhibiting as an expressionist and surrealist painter. In 1960, he returned to Macerata and began creating metal sculptures. He participated in the 1963 Biennale of Young Artists in Paris, the 1965 São Paulo Biennale in Brazil, and the 1966 Venice Biennale.
