How can I submit my gallery to the platform?
Simply register by filling out the application form. Our team will evaluate your request and, if selected, you will be contacted to proceed with your placement on the platform.
How does the selection process work?
Each application is evaluated by our Artistic Committee, which analyses:
- identity and positioning of the gallery
- quality of the works presented
- consistency with the curatorial line of the platform
- compatibility with the target market
The goal is to ensure a high standard and a selection consistent with collectors' expectations.
Are there any membership fees or subscriptions?
No. The application and preliminary assessment are free and without obligation.
Any additional costs relate only to optional marketing activities, such as promotional campaigns, editorial content, or digital promotion. These services are freely chosen by the gallery based on its communication needs.
What is the commission applied on sales?
VendereQuadri charges a fixed 20% commission on the final sale price. This commission is retained only upon successful sale, ensuring a transparent and advantageous relationship for the gallery.
Who sets the price of the works?
The price is set directly by the gallery. Upon request, our team can provide market analysis and suggestions, but the final decision always remains with the gallery.
Who manages the shipping of the sold works?
Shipping is handled directly by the gallery, which takes care of packaging, collection, and delivery through its trusted suppliers. VendereQuadri can provide instructions and guidelines to ensure safe and professional transportation.
What payment methods do you offer, and when does the gallery receive the balance?
Payment to the gallery is made via bank transfer (or other agreed-upon methods). The gallery receives the amount due, net of the 20% commission, within 20 days of delivery of the artwork to the buyer. This ensures a secure, transparent, and verified transaction.
