THE THOUGHT

The past represents an inexhaustible wealth for everyone. We artists, in particular, have the opportunity to draw on the knowledge of the great masters who came before us. Attending the academy, I had the opportunity to delve deeper into themes already explored by artists of the past, and I felt the need to pay homage to those who had most impressed and moved me.
This is how my citation project was born, which includes works I created inspired by historical masterpieces and reinterpreted in my own way.
This work is inspired by the famous painting "Hotel Room" by Edward Hopper, preserved at the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum in Madrid.
The painting is made with a mixed technique belonging to UpcyclingArt, a movement that I prefer.
