Giovanni Russo - Revelation 5:5,6

Giovanni Russo was born in Naples on  03/09/1987.  Since he was a child he has been interested in figurative art, drawing artistic portraits of various kinds.  As he grew older, he began painting thanks in part to his profession as a tattoo artist. Thanks to this, he decided to limit his work to sporadic moments, considering it "the mirror of the artist's soul"; therefore, it wasn't something he did every day, but something he should only let out when he truly felt the need.  He has been a well-established tattoo artist for 13 years, producing a variety of works, including one that won first prize at the "Sacred Art and Nativity Scene" exhibition in Saviano di Napoli. In September 2019, due to a very serious misunderstanding, he was forced, against his will, to house arrest for 5 months, after which he was completely acquitted on February 28, 2020.  But fate would have it that his confinement would continue soon afterward due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. It was precisely during this period that he unleashed his creativity, giving shape to two distinct canvases. It's no coincidence that he states that each work changes according to what's in his soul. And it's precisely in this way that he manages to make his works different in figuration, yet consistent in artistic style.  These peculiarities make these works become collector's items that are not easily found.
