The entire color palette, from the street to the sky, is precisely matched to the atmospheric conditions being depicted. As with the Impressionists, the perspective grid is not eliminated; spatial depth is determined exclusively through color shading.

The artist behind this work is strongly influenced by Impressionism, and his artistic language seems to reflect all the distinctive characteristics of plein air painting. His primary interest, in fact, is landscape painting, capturing all the vibrations of color and light.
