Vito Lolli - "DIVINE GAME"

I saw this image, like all the others, in a moment that had nothing to do with it. A child sitting on a feather observes a vortex moving by itself. The vision was interrupted like this, and I knew it was incomplete. I could only wait, and so the canvas hung on the wall for five years, when one morning, suddenly and unrelated to the surface of everyday occurrences, I saw the two black and white dice with a One on each side. I began to paint them. Soon, the question of the enigmatic fragments of Heraclitus of Ephesus came to mind, something that had never happened before, and I purchased an edition. Leafing through it without any criteria, I found "...Eternity is a child playing dice, the Kingdom of a child..."
Every surface, every navigation of various knowledge, dissolved forever. Any semblance of identity vanished into the darkness of the Abyss, without visible form. That is, "Hades." One can only wait, without committing the sacrilege of Orpheus, who loses the Vision.
