Vietnam

This painting is from the Vietnam period, which saw the artist deeply engaged in depicting the atrocities of that war; in fact, he has many works to his credit depicting that period. In the center, we see an American weapon with explosions and souls taking flight. When exposed to light, the work reveals an infinite number of shades of blue, light blue, and red. A lot of material was used (perhaps sand).
