Transcendence – Digital Print – Roberto Perusi

Surreal digital artwork combining portraiture with landscape and architectural elements through a complex layering technique.

At the center of the composition is a partially obscured and fragmented female face. The woman has long, thin strands of dark hair falling over her face and blending into the surrounding elements. Her skin is pale, and her most striking feature is a pair of fire-red lips, vibrant and perfectly shaped. A deep shadow falls on the right side of her face.

In the area above the eyes, there is a large opening, within which various elements are visible

The background is dark and enigmatic. On the left, a large and dense column of bright red smoke swirls vertically. At the top right, a mass of fluffy white clouds balances the composition.

Peeking through the empty spaces around the face and hair, glimpses of an abandoned environment can be seen. The armrest of an old and worn armchair and a worn and dirty concrete floor suggest a dilapidated setting.

The overall atmosphere of the work is dreamlike and psychological, exploring themes of inner thought, perception, and the intersection of human experience with the environment.
