THE COW MODEL

Work created on canvas and mounted on plywood panel, to be exhibited at the group exhibition "Tecart: Art in a Display," housed in a glass case, dedicated to the Castelli Romani and Pratoni del Vivaro. It was featured, along with other works, at the "La Vaccheria" exhibition space - the "House of Pop Art" - in Rome for three months in 2023, along with the Andy Warhol exhibition. It was completed in 2022.
How the work was born: ".. It was during a walk with my dog ​​at sunset that the very sweet "model" cow came forward from a fence in a meadow in Vivaro! She stared at us curiously..!.. and then she posed.. So funny that it took me back to childhood, to the nursery rhymes of the great Gianni Rodari that the teacher read during class.. I loved imagining the scenarios and then drawing them!".
