Standby in the forest

Winter, this season, which marks the end of a year and the beginning of a new one, is a time of peace and relaxation, in which the plants and trees that lost their holidays on the shores of the ocean remain so during the winter, while many species of animals hibernate nearby conserve your energy reserves before the available food runs out.
So, spiritually, the quietness that characterizes the winter can help you create an internal space of close connection, to meditate, reflect, balance the everyday life of the year, analyze the learnings that you can obtain from your mistakes, appreciate your thoughts and all the good things that have happened and established goals for the future.
Think about it in your past: what happens to you now? Deja ir el pain, forgive (a los demás ya mismo), appreciate the good.
Think about your future: ask who you want to be, why you want to go, what you want to log in the short and wide space. Also remember what you need to do to log it and what changes should be brought to bear.
Think about it: what you like, what annoys you. Think about yourself, how you are, how you are treated, how you accept and respect you. We also recognize the valuable people who form part of your life and appreciate them.
