The Queen of the Lake

The queen carp is not a fish typical of the Lecco branch of Lake Como where the water is deep and flowing but lives in waters with muddy bottoms.
However, I had the opportunity to taste an excellent carp in a restaurant in Mandello del Lario, so I imagined it transported here from elsewhere on a barge,

The transaction takes place with maximum security for both the seller and the buyer. We take care of the conformity (provenance, authenticity, state of conservation) of the work and handle the shipping.
