Aurora rollerball pen for Treccani, 1990s

Aurora celebrates 90 years of Treccani with a limited, numbered edition available in only 299 copies. Uniqueness and exclusivity are the keywords that distinguish this collection, created for Treccani enthusiasts and Aurora collectors: the history and tradition of the Istituto della Enciclopedia Italiana captured in a pen.

With its cap featuring engravings and decorations inspired by the 90th Anniversary and the symbols of the Institute, Palazzo Mattei, and the eagle, the black resin barrel turned and polished by hand, and the precious 18 kt solid gold nib, the Aurora Treccani is a truly unique, refined, and elegant writing instrument: a pen with which to leave your mark on special occasions. The pen is housed in a luxurious book-shaped case made of leather and grosgrain. Inside is the precious inkwell, its cap engraved with the iconic eagle. Each numbered pen comes with a certificate of authenticity bearing a notary seal, attesting to the prestige of the collection and the uniqueness of the product.
