Description of the work
Description of the work
The sculptural production of Paolo Bonaldi, an artist born in 1967 who lives and works in Lissone, is distinguished by a markedly concrete character. His works definitively transcend nature to reconstruct the perceptible world according to a lucid and rational logic. Indeed, conceptually, Paolo Bonaldi's sculptures have a marked biomorphic aspect, yet they develop according to generative processes characterized by a mechanical, almost mathematical, seriality. The compositions expand through parallelisms, centrifugal reverberations, and concentric repetitions into entities that simultaneously maintain an extremely vital and vibrant character of existence.
