Moon warrior

This watercolor and collage work on paper stands out for its strong narrative and symbolic dimension, built through a highly effective contrast between cosmic vastness and human/figurative presence.
The profile moon and the photographic image at the bottom of the ancient Chinese sculpture of a warrior wielding a spear create a clear, almost theatrical vertical axis. The space between the two elements is vast, filled with silence, and becomes the true protagonist. It is not a simple background, but a perceptual field that suggests distance, mystery, and tension.
