Mina

Mixed media (oil and acrylic colors on canvas). Mina is a work from December 2024: yes
it is a painting with the use of colors
oil and acrylics and cement inserts on
canvas, size 40x60. I have it
made by imprinting imprints of
military boot with color
red prevails, as a reference to the
blood of the dead in war. The
conformation of the footprints has,
however, involuntarily generated a
sort of inflorescence. This work
describes mine perfectly
conception of war as a bearer
of death, but in which life manifests
his will to prevail,
despite everything. It is a work on
resistance of life, despite
everything, of its capacity for rebirth.
