Massimo Gozzi - Storm

The artist Massimo Gozzi, a Florentine painter born in 1946, is a connoisseur of the Impressionist and Post-Impressionist tradition of en plein air painting, characterized by immediacy and spontaneity. His landscapes follow this tradition but offer a new personal vision, with a more advanced formal synthesis imbued with contemporary aesthetic concerns. The dense, textured hatching imbues the compositions with Expressionist vibrations conveyed through the painter’s gesture. The harmony of color is always perfect.
