The Transfiguration

In this drawing, a light, colored "yellow," is clearly visible, along with a six-pointed star to indicate its importance. At the base is a green plain, representing hope, and then a triangular, gold-colored mountain to indicate the Sacred Place. (Mount Tabor is a hill in Galilee, Israel. Hill Tabor rises 400 meters above the surrounding plain, and is 588 meters above sea level.) The Star of David with yellow tips indicates the light emanating from Jesus' love and therefore from His dynasty. In particular, the design is intended to depict the Transfiguration of Jesus. < >. The background “blue to indicate the universe, where God resides” The drawing was done with tempera on canvas panel. It is part of a private collection.
