Description of the work
Description of the work
In this work I wanted to give shape to a profound feeling: uncertainty. That doubt that sometimes clouds the mind, complicates simple things and makes us prey to fear, risking making us give up on happiness.
The Rose: It is love, individual and universal passion. I chose to leave it wrapped in a soft light and give it undefined lines because it survives in uncertainty; it is the strength of those who continue to bloom even when not everything is clear.
The Light: The touches of yellow and white and the eye shapes represent redemption, the desire to "see beyond" and the new awareness that I am bringing into my creative journey.
As was written in the review received at the Milan Biennale, my painting "reinvents the visible" to communicate with the soul.
Stepping out of the shadows also means this: having the courage to show your own light, without forgetting the strength of your roots.
