Ilaria Messina - Gifts

Title: Gifts

Handcrafted with an ink pen on cardstock, the artwork depicts an intimate and quiet moment between a little girl and a cat. The two subjects, drawn close in a mutual gaze, create a bond of trust and tenderness. The bold lines and ink shading build a deep and intimate atmosphere, where the light caresses the shapes and highlights the emotion and unity of their encounter.
For us, gifts are the protagonists, two pure souls: animals and children.
