Looking at Orion

The watercolor and collage painting on paper highlights a kind of cosmic landscape, created in watercolor, depicting the constellation of Orion, made of diffuse spots, glazes, and color fades in shades of pink, purple, and light blue, and the photographic image of an imposing sacred sculpture by Giovanni Pisano, which observes the constellation as if wanting to watch over it, highlighting a dichotomy that short-circuits space and time, merging everything into one.
