Diego Buccolini - Doutzen Kroes

With his works, Diego Buccolini aims to reimagine this ancient art form, which in the last century, with the advent of photography first and then television, seems to have lost the unique and exclusive meaning it once held unchallenged. Judging by the number and quality of internationally renowned contemporary artists who still practice it, it evidently retains this meaning. The works featured in this exhibition represent a kind of gallery, not of just any faces, but of those who represent our contemporary world: supermodels, movie stars, famous sports figures and media personalities, icons of our times.
