Andrea De Angelis - Seagulls

Andrea De Angelis is an artist from Ancona, born in 1969. Always passionate about art, he trained by taking various painting courses and is internationally renowned. Andrea De Angelis is a master of color and drawing, in the sense that the two fundamental components of artistic creation blend seamlessly in his works to achieve a completely naturalistic rendering. De Angelis is, in fact, a keen observer of reality, always ready to capture even the smallest detail and faithfully capture it on canvas. For this reason, his drawing is constructed as a solid framework aimed at reproducing every minute detail of the subject with effective realism. This can be seen in his still lifes, a true testing ground for any painter who wishes to grapple with reality, or in his depictions of animals, whose anatomies he renders with didactic precision. Color completes the work, precisely because of the artist's desire to illustrate nature clearly and comprehensively, avoiding atmospheric effects, essentially maintaining a compact and brilliant surface. However, De Angelis is able to modulate his brush strokes when he needs to capture luminous vibrations, adopting a more dynamic hatching style. This is particularly evident in the landscape, constructed to accommodate the subjects naturally, bringing them to life through the action of light.
