Andrea Bianchini - Into the Migration

Andrea Bianchini is a Florentine artist born in 1960. He adopted the programmatic pseudonym “Lux” because the exaltation of light is fundamental to his work. The entire composition of the work is designed to highlight pure white, flooding the image with light. Bianchini’s style is captivating in its elegantly graphic, almost illusionistic interplay of lines, which sets the stage for the chromatic play of intense blue, which plays an extremely effective complementary role to the light. Everything is perfectly balanced in a confrontation between opposing poles, each essential to the other.
