Elena Franceschiello

I am a self-taught artist in love with oil colours, which is why I always use a generous amount of colour in my paintings, since pure colour is able to convey and stir emotions. I define myself as a researcher of emotions. Through colour, emotions can be expressed, but also altered and refined. My wish is that those who look at my paintings will see their own deepest emotions within them. I conceive the painting as a mirror of the soul, both of the artist and of the viewer.
