Davide Moretti

Davide Moretti was born in Savignano sul Rubicone and lives in Cesenatico. After attending the Liceo Artistico di Rimini, he graduated in 1999 from the Scuola del Design at the Politecnico di Milano. An artist and designer, Moretti is distinguished by his use of acrylic, oil and water-based enamels. His works reinterpret faces and animals in dynamic compositions, blending the figurative and the abstract. Every work bears the signature "Moro72", accompanied by a symbolic button that varies in shape and colour. He experiments on large surfaces, such as murals and canvases, combining innovative materials including spray paint, flooring adhesive and notched trowels. Recently he has explored abstract geometries built from lines and circular forms. Alongside painting, he designs residential and commercial spaces, transforming walls and environments into works of art. Davide Moretti continues to exhibit, uniting tradition and innovation in a style that is constantly evolving.
