Within this context, we can admire how in this work the painter proposes a Divisionist technique, in which the application is based on broad strokes of color. The image recomposes itself in the viewer's eye, yet it is very synthetic, clearly reflecting an Expressionist aesthetic.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003eEugenio Degani was a Veronese painter, born in 1923 and died in 2000. He trained under the guidance of Maestro Trentini at the Cignaroli Academy. In the 1950s, he collaborated with Giuseppe Marchiori and Renato Birolli. In 1951, he participated in the Verona Biennale and in 1955 in the Rome Quadrennial. He became known especially in 1957 thanks to the traveling exhibition \"Young Italian Painting,\" which visited foreign cities such as Moscow, Prague, Budapest, and Sofia.
