He attended the prestigious De Bonis violin-making school in Bisignano (Cosenza), graduating, and has been working as a violin maker for many years. In the early 1990s, he inherited his father's violin-making and cabinet-making workshop, which he had established in the 1920s, becoming an expert violin maker, luthier, cabinetmaker, and art restorer. Also in the 1990s, he founded three cultural and free-thinking associations—IL GRAFFIO, L'ARTE CONSERVATIVA, and IL SUONO DEL LEGNO—with the aim of promoting and creating art and culture. Since 1998, he has been involved in contemporary art, conducting meticulous analysis to identify original innovation. He has also participated in international art competitions and exhibitions, winning several of them. He has exhibited in Europe (including major cities such as Turin, Milan, Rome, Paris, Monte Carlo, and Luxembourg) and Asia (Tokyo). Two key milestones: the exhibition dedicated to Pier Paolo Pasolini entitled "Painting in the Form of a Rose" (2005) and the cultural event "The Symphony of Acts" (2011). An immediately perceptible aspect of his works is the gestural freedom of the marks and dabs of color that clump and unfold in vibrant harmonies. His imagination and research into various support materials suggest a long process of development in forms that appear abstract yet redefine concrete presences, even if submerged in an indefinable space. His compositions arise from an experience nourished by manual and intellectual practice that exercises not only the visual faculties, but also the sense of harmony and sound frequencies.

“ An intellectual baggage that insinuates itself into painting as an added value, as a conscious guide that directs the pictorial gesture towards landings rich in rhythmic scansions, where time and duration are measured in the alternation of colors and abstract forms, the perception of which, also aided by the organization of color on vertical and separate areas, continues in echoes, references and oscillations .” (Paolo Levi).
